In 2024, the vineyard experienced primarily mild and cooler growing conditions. The timely arrival of September rainfall further supported the growing season, resulting in consistent fruit maturation. Harvested in cycles, grapes were destemmed and transferred to temperature controlled fermenters where this process extracted the intense colour and flavours from the skins. Winery Tasting Notes

COLOUR

Ruby red with bright magenta tones.

NOSE

Ripe cherry and strawberry lift from the glass, joined by plum, soft spice and floral note.

PALATE

Raspberry and ripe cherry lead into red and black fruits with cracked black pepper and spice. Balanced acidity and round, silky tannins give a medium-bodied wine with smooth, lasting flavour and a soft finish.

FOOD MATCH

Smoked brisket, rosemary lamb shoulder or mushroom risotto.
