COLOUR

Bright white gold with green-tinged hues.

NOSE

Fresh lime and citrus blossom alongside white stone fruit, passionfruit and subtle creamy notes, accented with hints of white chocolate and vanilla.

PALATE

A lively mix of citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruits, layered with crisp melon and pear. The palate is light to medium-bodied, fresh and fruit-driven, with clean acidity that provides vibrancy and length.

FOOD MATCH

Excellent with fresh seafood platters, a classic chicken Caesar salad, or a well-balanced cheese board.
