Winery Tasting Notes

COLOUR

Rich, deep cherry red.

NOS

Bright and welcoming aromas of red berries and blackberry, with a light touch of spice adding interest.

PALATE

Ripe cherry and black plum with hints of mocha and dark chocolate. Balanced acidity and fine tannins give structure and length.

The 2023 Riverland vintage was defined by warm, sunny days and cool nights that extended ripening into April. This gentle pace allowed Cabernet Sauvignon to develop generous fruit flavours while maintaining natural acidity. Fermentation was carefully managed to preserve freshness and refine tannins, while individual

parcels were matured separately before blending for balance and complexity. The result is a wine that reflects Riverland’s hallmark fruit-forward style with elegance and structure.
