Expert Reviews

What a drink! Summery white personified. Crisp and clean, simple done well, effortless, refreshing drinking. Shows with fine, grassy acidity, green mango and green melon characters with a dash of citrus fruit and appley notes. An excellent example of more ‘classic dry white’ style here. Bright, fresh, built for warm days. - THE WEST AUSTRALIAN GOOD FOOD GUIDE AWARDS 2020

Winery Profile

A passion to pursue paths untrodden has seen us explore the possibilities of modern winemaking. Pairing style with innovation, we are one of Western Australia's original winemakers, but we are also one of Western Australia's future winemakers.

While others persist with the current, we are willing to do things differently. We create timeless styles that you gravitate towards year after year through trust and familiarity. And in the spirit of unpredictability and intrigue, we create fresh, new styles that have an undeniable allure. Whether you're out dining with friends, enjoying a glass at home or need something special to celebrate with - we make wines that complement your lifestyle. And because we know they taste great, you can be assured that our wines will reflect your great taste.

Our wines are made for you, not winemakers. We love to engage you with our ability to surprise and we want our wines to inspire your own story, your own moments. Because at Evans & Tate, we believe the possibilities are endless.

The winery has a growing international presence and can be found in 14 countries across the world. At home, Evans & Tate is the number one Margaret River producer by value (Nielsen MAT 31/3/2010) and was recently named a five star winery in James Halliday's 2011 Wine Companion.
