Winemaking
After a three day cold soak, this wine has undertaken a 10 dayfermentation. Following fermentation, this wine is pressed into20% American Oak and 80% French oak. After a maturation of 17months in barrel, this wine is bottled and undergoes furthermaturation in bottle before release.

Winery Tasting Notes
A lifted nose of dark cherries, vibrant raspberries and a hint ofplum, following through onto a rich but approachable palate of redcurrant, blackcurrant and fine, silky tannin. A fuller bodied but still approachable wine, our Reserve Shiraz is drinking beautifullynow but would reward up to five years further aging.
