Favourable ripening conditions have allowed us to create a style of Fiano that is alive with aromas of fresh picked guava, red apple and pear.
Venturing into pine – lime and citrus, the complexity of palate is lifted with gentle herbs, honeyed cashew and a rewarding textural finish.
