Springton Hills Winery is nestled on the eastern slopes of Eden Valley near the historic township of Springton.
The rough, rocky country of the Eden Valley belies its ability to produce wines of great complexity and finesse and our Chardonnay is no exception. This hand picked Chardonnay shows fine varietal characteristics with a distinctive mineral acidity typical of white wines from the Eden valley region.
