Colour:

Bright crimson red

Nose:

Abundant aromas of ripe cherries and Damson plums with a whiff of fresh red peppercorns.

Palate:

Delicious red berry flavours (raspberry, red cherry and loganberry) glide across the tongue

with some cardamom spice in the background. Gently persuasive tannins add a final thrust to this

easy drinking red.

Food match:

Barbecued lamb culets.

Intense red-violet colour with shades of blue. Prominent cherry liquor aroma with notes of strawberry jam and spices. Ripe and soft tannins that matches pastas, ham and mature cheeses.
