Winery Tasting Notes
COLOUR
Deep, dark red with dark cherry hue.
BOUQUET
Dark blackberry and cherry fruit aromas with a hint of mint spice, vanilla bean and redskin fruit on the nose.
PALATE
A luscious thick front palate entry showing integrated rich fruit. A fleshy mid palate of blackberry, blueberry and mulberry dark fruits finishing with length of palate and fine textural tannins. Ultimately this is a rich focused Shiraz that exudes a sophisticated, plush and refined structure for present and future enjoyment.
