The crisp and fruit-filled palate is matched by a core of tropical sweetness.
Vintage notes
The 2018 vintage was harvested amongst perfect conditions and little earlier than previous vintages with the resultant green herbs and tropical fruits on the nose. Fruit was crushed, chilled, gently pressed, then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel vats where the wine underwent a controlled fermentation
