THE ELEGANT FIZZ
1/2 Egg white
15ml Fresh lemon juice
30ml gin
30ml Strawberry Delight
30 ml Tonic water
Ice
Combine the egg white, lemon juice, Gin, Strawberry Delight and ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a champagne glass with a dash of tonic water.
STRAWBERRY SPRITZ
30ml Soda water
90ml Rosè
30ml Strawberry Delight
Ice
Fresh Strawberry, for garnish
Add the ice, Rosè, soda water and Strawberry Delight to a wine glass and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a fresh strawberry.
STRAWBERRY FRENCH MARTINI
10ml Lemon juice
30ml Pineapple juice
30ml Vodka
30ml Strawberry Delight
Ice
