- 1 x KE XL-21 control panel, all associated stainless steel pipes, valves etc.
- mezzanine with approximate dimensions of 10 m x 38 m with hand rails and stairs.
- Dual chain elevator, stainless steel construction, electric, from warehouse floor to mixing tanks mezzanine floor.
- Natural gas steam boiler, 500 kw capacity, with stainless steel vessel and associated pipes and pumps.
- Serval interval: 3 monthly + 1 major yearly.
