Where applicable, registration will only be transferred to the registered bidder who must hold a valid Drivers Licence or Road Authority customer number in the State or Territory in which the vehicle is sold, otherwise vehicle will be sold unregistered without plates. Registration may have expired but is not cancelled. In this case, the listing may note the vehicle remains ‘Registered’ to support transfer of existing registration. If expired at the time of sale, registrations will not be extended or renewed. If registration is expired it will be transferred as it is (expired).

Asset Collection:
Location: Stocklands Distribution Centre Gate 3, Building 1, Warehouse 1A.5/1A.6 Yennora NSW 2161 - Entry via Gate 3 on Byron Road. Follow the highlighted route to the shared breezeway.
All items must be paid for and collected by 29/10/2026.
We are open for pickup from 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Closed weekends and Public Holidays
Please Note: This is sale is pick up only
Third Party Collection
If you intend to send a Third Party to collect your goods on your behalf, they will need to provide to Grays a copy of your Winner’s E-mail and Signed Note of Authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party. Alternatively, Email pickups@slatterygrays.com.au with the required information to ensure a speedy and efficient collection.
The information needed is:
Sale and Lot Numbers e.g. 0002-7007727
Buyer’s Registered Name and/or Email
Transport details: Company Name, Contact Person and Job Number provided by the transport company
Photocopy of Registered Buyers Drivers License.
