CS Earl Cabernet Sauvignon 2016, SA

• Colour - Crimson red with hints of purple.

• Aroma -Aromas of blackberry, red jubes and plums with subtle notes of black currant, mocha and violets.

• Palate - The palate is elegantly structured with a silky texture and fruit sweetness to the mid palate with layers of red cherry, spice and subtle briar flavours and finishes with soft grainy tannins.

CS Earl Chardonnay 2018, SA

• Colour - Pale straw.

• Aroma - Yellow peach and ripe nectarines with accents of wild honey and hints of lemon myrtle. These are supported by freshly cut hat and cinnamon spice complexities from wild fermentation.

• Palate - Medium bodied layers of flavour build across the palate that reflect not only the fruit but the use of wild fermentation and ageing on yeast lees. On the palate the slightest hint of oak comes through as a hint of cinnamon and spice, highlighting the complexity derived from barrel matured reserve wine. Balanced acidity give the wine thrust to the refreshng finish.

CS Earl Shiraz 2018, SA

• Colour - Dark Purple with red hues.

• Aroma - Fresh Plums and sublte vanilla oak wth hints of violets and floral aromas.

• Palate - The generous silky palate has blueberry and plum fruit flavours complimented by soft, supple tannins with hints of milk chocolate and warm spices. Bright fruit flavours linger during the long succulent finish.
