Winery Tasting Notes
COLOUR Bright pale pink and rose hues.
AROMA Fresh citrus and lovely stone fruit notes with hints of strawberry.
PALATE Bright and fragrant notes of lemon and lime open up to smooth touches of beautiful red berries and strawberries. Creamy, textural and with a delightful crisp and vibrant acidity. Deliciously bubbly and fresh.
FOODMATCHING Pairs delightfully with light and fresh seafood, cold cuts like prosciutto, delicious red berries and strawberries and even with a berry sorbet!
Winery Profile
Altitude and style define the very essence of Yarra Burn wines. It is on the steep slopes of the Yarra Valley that the Yarra Burn wines begin, with every hillside offering its own nuances of style and character. Grape varieties are matched to their ideal conditions, then tended with vigilance and precision, creating intensely flavoured fruit of rich complexity.
History
The Yarra Burn winery was a pioneer of the Upper Yarra over 30 years ago. In fact, it was at Yarra Burn that founders David and Christine Fyffe produced the very first Yarra Valley sparkling, as well as one of the first Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blends in Australia. And this innovative thinking continues at the winery today.

Asset Collection
This is a pick up sale. Collection is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Pick up is available by advance booking only once cleared funds are received. Booking can be made for a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or a Friday collection between 11am & 3pm (excluding public holidays). Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to pick up date and time.
Collection without a booking is not possible.

Items must be picked up within 10 working days from receipt of payment, or else they may be deemed abandoned.

To collect your purchases please bring a copy of your invoice and photo ID. If you intend to send a third party to collect your goods on your behalf, you need to send them with a copy of your invoice along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.
Please note:
- Grays accepts no responsibility for transit damage to these items once they have been picked up from the warehouse.
- Items must be inspected before removal from Grays as refunds or exchange are not given under any circumstances.
- Any items not collected after the last pick up date may be deemed abandoned and resold or otherwise disposed of.
