Delivery
Asset Collection:
Items Are Available For Collection via Appointment Only.
Collection is required within 5 business days of the date of sale.Collection must be made from the location nominated in the listing and during the operating/collection hours specified. Alternative collection arrangements must be agreed to by Slattery Grays in writing.
Assets will only be released once payment has been received in full and cleared funds are confirmed.Failure to collect within the required timeframe may result in storage fees and/or other action in accordance with the Slattery Grays User Agreement.
Third Party Collection
If you intend to send a Third Party to collect your goods on your behalf, they will need to provide to Grays a copy of your Winner’s E-mail and Signed Note of Authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party.

Payment is required in full within 3 calendar days of the invoice date.For example, if your invoice is dated Tuesday, payment is due no later than 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on Friday, unless a later Payment Due Date is specified on your invoice or otherwise agreed with Slattery Grays in writing.
The asset will not be released for collection until the Invoice Amount has been received in full and in cleared funds.
Failure to make payment by the Payment Due Date may result in late payment fees and/or cancellation of the sale in accordance with the Slattery Grays User Agreement.
