    Mitolo Ridgehaven Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

    Colour -

    Deep ruby with purple highlights .

    Nose -

    Intensely aromatic with a bouquet of blackcurrant, cassis, graphite and an array of florals.

    Palate -

    Full of vitality, it’s awash with flavours of cassis and boysenberry, with an underlying bramble bush character. It’s succulent and moreish with a savoury grip.

    • This Cabernet Sauvignon delivers a velvety fruit-driven wine with characters of ripe morello cherry and plum.
    • Touches of oak, pepper spice, and liquorice complete the palate for an elegantly smooth finish.

    Barramundi Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 SEA

    Deep ruby.

    Nose:

    Raspberry jam, mint and floral character with subtle bell pepper and green olive aromas.

    Palate:

    Complex with spicy and floral aromas accompanied with vanilla notes and silky soft tannins.
