Reliable Cartier automatic movement (Calibre 076-family base) in the mid-size 33mm x 44mm case, the most commonly encountered proportions for reference 2878.

Full diamond coverage on the steel case and bezel represents a significant custom modification from the factory silver/steel configuration — backed by a COA for the diamond work.
