    Rich red fruits dominate the palate and are complemented by some luscious and chewy tannins.

    • Mature and savoury, the wine shows dried berry, leather, dried herb and toasted spice aromas, leading to a gently weighted palate that’s medium-bodied and spicy.
    • Structured by fine drying tannins, finishing sturdy and firm.

    Mitolo Ridgehaven Shiraz 2019 McLaren Vale, SA

    Nose:

    A pretty lift of violet, cut plum and mulberries, with subtle hints of mint and crushed rock.

    Palate:

    Vibrant and juicy with flavours of black cherry and blood plums upfront, with nuances of clove spice, dark chocolate and salted liquorice in support.

    • It is framed by delicate tannins and a redcurrant like acidity that delivers a satisfyingly long finish.
