The palate is brilliantly balanced and remarkably smooth, delivering a complex interplay of sweet honey, juicy citrus, and rich malt, underpinned by layers of dates, figs, and subtle woodsmoke.

A long, enticingly sweet finish is beautifully punctuated by the dry, nutty crunch of Oloroso oak.
