Stalking Horse Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

• Selected from premium vineyard throughout Langhorne Creek was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure.

• The wine has lifted aromas of chocolate and dark cherries, with a richly flavoured palate of spicy ripe plum that finished with smooth tannins.

Stalking Horse Sauvignon Blanc 2020

• Sauvignon Blanc was carefully selected from quality Langhorne Creek vineyards. The wine was softly pressed to preserve the bright fruit freshness and traditional varietal flavours.

• The resultant wine combines lifted aromas of tropical fruit, lychee and a hint of cut grass, with a fresh crisp palate displaying honeydew and kiwi fruit flavours.

Stalking Horse Pinot Grigio 2020

• Specifically selected from two quality Langhorne Creek vineyards and softly pressed to preserve the bright fruit freshness and traditional varietal flavours.

• The result is a wine displaying lifted aromas of pear and citrus, combined with an attractive array of floral and fruit flavours and crisp acidity.

Stalking Horse Sangiovese 2018

• The Sangiovese was produced from a single vineyard in Langhorne Creek. The grapes were vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and French oak to build complexity and structure.

• The wine has lifted aromas of cherry and plums, with a full flavoured palate of ripe plum, raspberry and spice that finishes with smooth tannins. With excellent length, it drinks beautifully now and will reward patient cellaring.

Stalking Horse Shiraz 2019

• Selected from premium vineyards throughout Langhorne Creek was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles and french oak, to highlight the regional characteristics.

• The wine has lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry and plums, with a rich, full-flavoured palate of forest fruits and vanilla, finishing with soft tannins and excellent length.
