Cambridge Crossing Shiraz 2018

• Aroma of fresh plum and bourbon vanilla complemented by notes of violet petals and white pepper.

• Silky, with pronounced tones of blueberries and ripe plums, soft tannins, nuances of chocolate and spices, a long fruity aftertaste.

Wolf Blass Shiraz 2017

• Aromas of blackcurrants and dark cherries with rich spice and subtle oak.

• Medium-bodied with red berry flavours, supported by subtle vanillin oak and leading in to a soft generous finish.

Salisbury Shiraz 2019

• Plum, sweet vanillan oak and a hint of pepper on the nose herald the flavours to come on the palate.

• A beautifully structured wine with layers of complexity of fruit, spice and oak.

Wattle Park Shiraz 2016

• Aromas of rose petal, spicy red plum and blackberry, enhanced by subtle cedary French oak and hints of red frangipani.

• The Palate shows spicy raspberry, mulberry, pomegranate, enveloped in savoury bramble and red currant notes which are complemented by firm tannins and balanced oak.

Monterra Limestone Coast Shiraz 2019

• The nose displays good intensity with ripe black cherry, liquorice and dark plum aromas prevalent over lightly smoked vanillin oak and hints of spicy fennel.

• Rich and full the palate is filled with ripe black cherry and liquorice flavours which dominate over nuances of dark plum, toasty vanillin oak and spice. Opulent mouthfeel with finely grained yet sturdy tannin structure imparting a slight chewiness on the finish. Medium to long ripe black cherry, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak, scorched earth and spice aftertaste.

Kwala Road Shiraz 2019

• Mellow notes of plums, dark cherries and spicy oak.

• A medium bodied wine showing soft juicy dark fruit flavours. Mocha oak and savoury tannins added the length to its palate. It is a youthful and well balanced wine.
