Tasting Notes:

Lovely nose full of fresh fruit. Smooth and appealing with light expressive flavours cherries. Shows a fine example of Burgundy’s famous Pinot Grapes.

Food Pairing:

Roast chicken or guineafowl (even with lots of garlic.) Rack of lamb served pink. Rare fillet steak and carpaccio. Beef Wellington. Roast pork with herbs and fennel. Chicken or turkey sausages. Calves’ liver, dishes with morels and other wild mushrooms. Mushroom risotto. Roast or grilled lobster.
