Disgorged in September 2024 with a dosage of eight grams per liter, Laurent-Perrier’s 2015 Brut Millésimé—an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir—unfolds with aromas of white peach, lemon zest, jasmine and pear, with a subtle hint of passion fruit. The palate is medium-bodied, taut and pillowy, though it lacks a little flesh, displaying a chalky character and vivid acidity before tapering off into a saline, mouthwatering finish.- The Wine Advocate

Appearance

Bright pale gold with fine, persistent mousse. Elegant and luminous.

Nose

Complex and refined. Lemon zest, white peach and ripe pear, layered with toasted brioche, almond, hazelnut and subtle honeyed notes. Hints of chalk and gentle spice add depth.

Palate

Focused yet generous. Citrus and stone fruit lead into creamy autolytic characters, baked apple and light nuttiness. Excellent balance between freshness and maturity.

Texture & Structure

Silky mousse with vibrant acidity. Medium to full-bodied, showing precision, harmony and poise typical of a strong vintage.

Finish

Long and elegant, with lingering citrus, brioche and mineral notes.

A classic vintage Champagne expressing both finesse and depth. Structured, age-worthy and distinctly Laurent-Perrier in its balance and elegance.
