It's fruity nose with notes of yellow fruit, peach and apricot, gives way to a pleasant and soft palate.

This Blanc de Blancs is perfect for aperitifs served with cheese toasts.

We recommend that you serve it chilled, at 7-8C.

Assemblage

We carefully select grapes to develop expressive aromas. To develop the characteristics freshness and fruitiness of the wine, we only use white grapes with white juice, which allows us to use the "Blanc de Blancs" name.

Winemaking

We are dedicated to making our wines through natural fermentation.

Secondary fermentation at low temperature allows a slower fermentation which guarantees finer bubbles. Our small-capacity vats ensure perfectly uniform fermentation.

We are looking for pleasant wines which is why the level of residual sugar in our wine is 10g/L.
