- COVID Restrictions: The warehouse is closed off to the general public until further notice. All collections must be arranged by authorised 3rd party transporter. You need to send them with a copy of your winner’s e-mail along with a photocopy of your photo ID and signed note of authority permitting Grays staff to release your purchases to the third party. PLEASE WEAR MASK ALL THE TIME DURING COLLECTION PROCESS AND MAINTAIN 1.5M PHYSICAL SOCIAL DISTANCING RULE.
- Please Note: Collections for this sale is only available for click and collect by appointment through pickups@grays.com.au. Please email a copy of your invoice, drivers license, authority and preferred collection date and time through to the email prior to arrival. One of our helpful team members will reach out to you with an update shortly.

- Pick up is available by advance booking only once cleared funds are received. Booking can be made Monday to Friday between 8.30am & 3.30pm (excluding public holidays). Bookings must be made prior to pick up date and time (Booking cut off times are 1pm (AEST) the previous day). To book a pick up time, please contact GraysOnline Customer Service on 1300 362 536, or email pickups@grays.com.au.
