In the glass: Pale lemon.
On the nose: Attractive lifted leesy and savoury aromas.
On the palate: Tight, dry and crisp, this is a really savoury style of Sparkling that’s characterised by very restrained cool climate fruit flavours. It’s a firm and almost salty wine that finishes with a wonderfully intense line of acidity.
