    • Palate - The taste of wine is refreshing, juicy, smooth, with invigorating herbal and citrus tones, balanced acidity and an energetic aftertaste.

    Monterra Vineyard Select Pinot Gris 2021, SA

    • Filled with vanilla and bright lemon zest aromas which lead to a vibrant palate of ripe pears and gala apples, the wines crunchy texture and crisp acidity leads to a mouth-watering finish.

    Salisbury Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2018, SEA

    • Aroma - Bright vibrant aromas of hay, lemon and broad beans.
    • Palate - Flavours are of fresh peas in their pods and elderflower. Deft acidity and a crisp finish define this blend .
