Pale yellow with green hues

Nose

Fresh grapefruit, ripe stone fruit, nectarine and tropical fruits aromas. Sweet, delicate hint of light meringue from the oak.

Palate

Rich fruit flavours of nectarine, pink grapefruit, and tropical fruits are complemented by the subtlest of fine French oak vanilla character.

Maturation

Matured on lees for an average of 7 months
