Nose

Ripe mulberry and cherry aromas with some spicy notes.

Palate

A smoothly rounded palate displaying summer blueberry and blackcurrants reminiscent of a cherry ripe. Cradled with silky tannins and clean length with a fruity finish.

Moroccan style roast lamb leg, or barbeque spiced chicken with charred corn.

It all began almost half a century ago when the first vines were planted in a spot handpicked for its stony soils over the limestone base. Combine that with the warm embrace of a dry climate and generous sunshine, and you have the perfect recipe for grape varieties bursting with flavour and resilience.
