This Cabernet Sauvignon delivers a fruit-driven wine with fragrant notes of cherry and plum. Varietal characters of liquorice, oak and pepper spice complete the palate for a rich-tasting finish. This wine has the potential to cellar for 10+ years.

Winery Profile

Our extensive winery is located the Padthaway wine region. Originally commissioned in 1998 by Hardy’s, our facility was built as Australia's best-in-class winery.Recently aquired by CW Wines to meet the expanding needs of our growing portfolio, the winery has come back to life.We now have the capacity to process 12,000 tonnes of grapes, and store 12 million litres of wine. The fully insulated and refrigerated barrel store room is 1 acre in size, with a capacity for 10,000 barrels.In addition to our significant vineyards in Coonawarra, Limestone Coast, McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, we have a further 100 acres of vineyards directly surrounding the winery.A full featured onsite laboratory ensures that all wine produced is not only expertly crafted, but also strictly quality controlled.
