    Mitolo Ridgehaven Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

    Colour -

    Deep ruby with purple highlights .

    Nose -

    Intensely aromatic with a bouquet of blackcurrant, cassis, graphite and an array of florals.

    Palate -

    Full of vitality, it’s awash with flavours of cassis and boysenberry, with an underlying bramble bush character. It’s succulent and moreish with a savoury grip.

    McLarence Rich Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

    • Generous ripe varietal blackcurrant, cherry and mulberry fruit flavours accompanied by spiced oak character.
    • Fine and chalky tannins on palate provide the wine with complex structure and finish.

    Commissioners Block Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

    • Medium-bodied and well-rounded with red forest fruit flavours.
    • It finishes with fine savory tannins, persistent red fruit flavours and light vanillin oak notes.
    • Complex spicy characters of sage and eucalyptus accompanied with cassis and raspberry aromas.

    Voyager Estate Girt by Sea Cabernet Merlot 2016

    Colour -

    Bright medium red.

    Nose -

    Lifted berry fruit aromas combine with hints of spice and bay leaf, flowing through to some dusty cedar notes.

    Palate -

    A smooth juicy palate driven by complex layers of red and dark berry fruits. Bright and fresh with hints of vanilla, spice and bay leaf, supported by fine grained tannins and perfectly integrated French oak.
