Winery Tasting Notes
This wine was picked early in the season to avoid the oilyness sometimes associated with Gewurztraminer and to present a very dry style.
The nose jumps out displaying lychees, musk and floral characters but the wine finishes bone dry.
Superb with Asian dishes or with any entree or fish dish.
