Grapes are harvested at night in order to preserve the integrity of the primary aromas of each variety as much as possible. They are transported in double bottom trailers to allow the separation of the grape must. Upon arrival at the estate, we separate the grape must into two: • The flower must be collected from the double bottom trailer has a very pale colour and does not undergo maceration (Blanc de Noirs). • The presses are filled with the whole grapes, which are gently pressed to obtain a pale pink must. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature and on fine lees for one month to develop a velvety finish. Grenache predominates, while Merlot and Tempranillo add flavour Pale pink colour with bright, attractive blue hues.

A refreshing wine with an intense, elegant aroma and a subtle fragrance of forest fruits. Red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant) stand out, with hints of tree fruits (pear). It also has extremely pleasant floral notes (rose). The mouthfeel is delicate, sweet and full of flavour. It has good acidity, making it refreshing. Its finish is persistent and fruity.

A versatile rosé wine to be enjoyed with all types of food: Starters, Italian pasta, pizzas, Japanese food, rice dishes, lean fish, tartare dishes and white meats.
