Intriguing and complex, with mature blackberry and dark cherry mingling with leather, dried herbs and earthy spice. Developed notes of mushroom, truffle, camphor and a touch of honey add an old-world character, while traces of dark fruit preserve the wine's Shiraz identity.

Palate:

Rich, savoury and beautifully mature, revealing layers of dark berries, dried plum and subtle chocolate alongside earthy, leathery nuances. The once-vibrant mousse may now be delicate, allowing the texture and depth of the aged Shiraz to take centre stage. Softened tannins and a lingering savoury finish complete this distinctive expression of Australia's celebrated sparkling-red tradition.
