Paradigm Hill Riesling 2014 (1x 750mL) Mornington Peninsula, VIC

The Riesling presents with enticing aromas of white flowers, citrus and at this youthful stage, crunchy green apples. The finesse on the palate combines with a rich full texture resulting in a long, balanced and of course, a refreshing line of acid to finish.

Penfolds Koonunga Hill Autumn Riesling 2018 (1x 750mL) SA

Crisp, thirst quenching, light-bodied.

In the early 1970s legendary winemaker Max Schubert began the quest for a range of white wines that would equal the already famous red wines of Penfolds. One of the first wines from these trials was named Autumn Riesling. The wine pays further homage to the original through being specially crafted to develop further with bottle age. A fine talc acid structure gives great length of flavour and 'linearity' to this wine and the small addition of traminer makes it a truly unique offering.

Pewsey Vale Prima 23GR Riesling 2019 (1x 750mL) Eden Valley, SA

Very pale in colour with green hues. White cherries, nectarine and lychee aromas mingle with hints of classic Pewsey Vale Vineyard Riesling. The palate shows great intensity, length and finesse with a vibrancy of perfumed fruits such as guava and mandarin overlaid with a touch of white cherry, sorbet and clove. The wine is succulent, mouth-watering and will cellar well, slowly developing layers of fresh toast and spice. Enjoy with bun cha, green papaya salad, Thai fish cakes and lime wedges, or poached apples with lemongrass and ginger.
