Sweeping out from a limestone ridge, layers of the famous terra rossa soil hold firm to the roots of Heathfield’s vines. And its here, nestled between pristine nature reserves and distinguished wine regions, that the Tidswell family craft their cool climate varietal wines.

Cabernet Sauvignon parcels were selected from ‘East-West Block’ at our family estate vineyard Heathfield, then harvested at 14.5 Baume. Matured superbly after eighteen months in French oak barrels, this wine displays a distinctively regional style.

Dark berry flavours, herbaceous overtones and silky tannins describe this rich and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon. Enjoy with beef curry or slow cooked lamb!

Consume now or cellar until 2023.
