Colour

The appearance is mid red with lively cherry hues and delicate crimson edge.

Aroma

The bouquet is full of perfume scented petals, musk confection and earthy spices. There’s sweet alcohol spirit and savoury charred herbs with a hint of toasted oak adding complexity and sophistication.

Palate

The palate is plush and opens with brandied cherries and sweet vanilla before dried herbs and earthy spice kicks in. The mid palate has soft fleshy tannins with the flavours of spicy Italian sausage, olives and Mediterranean garden vegetables. The finish is smooth and dry with enough acidity to clean the palate for the next mouthful. It’s full flavoured with a nice rounded edge.
