Winery Tasting Notes

COLOUR:

A deep earthy, purple-crimson

NOSE:

Lush blackcurrant and dark cherries, perfumed light florals and sweet vanillin accompanied by toasty cedar oak aromas.

PALATE:

This wine displays flavours of rich fruit cake with elegant bloodplum and bittersweet chocolate notes. A solid oak frame supports the palate giving it length and structure. Tannins are firm but fine, adding richness to the back palate.
