Winery Tasting Notes

COLOUR

Purple body with garnet red edges.

AROMA

Red currant, raspberries and dark cherry with capsicum and subtle oak.

PALATE

This medium bodied red wine has flavours of sweet and sour red cherry, raspberry fruits and toasty oak. The mid palate has dark cherry with medium soft tannins and superb fruit lingering on the finish. It pairs well with slow cooked beef cheeks with grilled radicchio and roasted brussels sprouts or BBQ rib eye with roasted duck fat potatoes and grilled asparagus.
