Description:

The 2023 vintage delivered vibrant fruit concentration, thanks to warm ripening conditions and careful vineyard management. Shiraz was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve bright fruit character, followed by gentle oak maturation. A combination of seasoned and light-toast oak barrels added subtle vanilla and spice while retaining the wine’s vibrant fruit profile.

Fragrant notes of bramble forest fruits, fresh cherry, ripe strawberry, and summer berries, lifted by a hint of floral spice.

PALATE

Juicy and fruit-forward, showing ripe strawberry and black cherry flavours supported by delicate oak influence. Hints of vanilla and light toast add complexity. Medium-bodied with smooth texture and balanced acidity.
