Forrest Beach Shiraz is produced from two established vineyards in the Wilyabrup Valley, the central sub region of Margaret River.

This wine was made traditionally. After harvesting, the fruit was destemmed and fermented on skins for 7 days. A small portion was also fermented as whole bunches for added complexity. Following fermentation this wine was matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.

This wine is deep crimson in colour. The nose is deep and complex, featuring rum and raisin, ground pepper, leatherx and toasty barrel influences.The palate is rich, vibrant and powerful. Flavours of red berry fruits, mulberry, and cherry combine.The wine has a clean finish with great balance, and a lovely softness of tannin. It will be best enjoyed over the next 5 years.
