Lindemans Limestone Ridge Shiraz Cabernet 1994

Excellent deep rich red colour, indicative of a wine of great depth and concentration. The nose displays rich ripe plum and black pepper shiraz aromas with mint like Cabernet overtones. The medium to full bodied palate has rich, intense Shiraz fruit, firm tannins and attractive fruit sweetness, giving the wine great length.

Cullens Cabernet Blend 1986

Good season. Wines with great depth of flavour. Cool and slow ripening period. Introduced Malolactic fermentation into the red wines.

Windy Peak Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2012

Vibrant perfumed Pinot Noir with strawberry and cherry fruit notes; soft gentle spicy flavours with plumpness and juicy acidity. Food suggestion - traditional roast chicken.

Wirra Wirra Catapult Shiraz 2015

Vivid red with brilliant purple edge. Bouquet of fragrant cherry, wild strawberry and raspberry fruits leap from the glass. The fresh fruits are laced with violets and musk, as well as clove and aniseed. Palate is of bright red and blue fruits provide a succulent and composed palate which is supported by fine silky tannins.

Mount Pleasant Rosehill Vineyard Shiraz 1997

First planted by Maurice O’Shea in 1946, the Rosehill Vineyard is a wonderful site. Producing wines that are quintessentially Hunter Valley, they are bright, red-fruited and elegant, with the ability to age gracefully for the long term. This single vineyard wine is a representation of the best of this vineyard in that specific year of production.
