Mullet wines deliver bolder ripe fruit flavours up front with a bigger body and mouthfeel driving a big, long finish. Or like any great mullet, it’s business at the front, party at the back. Hand-crafted and purpose built, these are wines doing all they can to be big on flavour and big on drinkability. Mullet wines putting good times and enjoyment above all else!

Winemaking: Selected parcels of the vineyard displaying bigger, riper fruit flavour are handpicked purposely for the blend. Harvested early in the morning to ensure freshness is retained before whole bunch pressing and a cool fermentation in stainless steel. Time spent on lees to build further weight and richness into the wine helps soften the edges, and build mouth feel and flavour complexity into the wine. Bottled with minimal fuss and minimal handling.

Lifted aromas of ripe pear, yellow peach, preserved lemon, white florals and fresh bread. Wide-spreading fruit flavours drawn long and fresh by big flavours and fresh, crisp acidity. The Mullet Hard Sparkly is delicious upon opening and ready to go.
