Houghton Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

Houghton Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium bodied wine displaying distinctive varietal characteristics of blackcurrant, bay leaf and plummy fruits. Supple tannins and hints of oak provide a savoury dry finish.

Houghton Cabernet Shiraz Merlot 2013

The colour is a brilliant dark red with a scarlet hue. The nose displays intense aromas of dark cherry, red currant and blackberry fruits with hints of dried bay leaf, mint and subtle toasted vanillin oak. The flavoursome fruit driven palate showcases typical leafy black currant, red fruits and a hints of oak derived spice. Fine tannins and supple acidity lend structure and length.

The 2007 Annie's Lane Shiraz is one of the latest editions to the Dan Murphy's Cellar Release program. After spending 5+ years in our climate controlled cellars, this always attractive Clare Valley Shiraz is drinking superbly. What were bold and upfront tannins on release have dropped away to reveal a wine of subtlety and elegance. Enjoy today with an Osso Bucco or medium-rare scotch fillet.

Taylors Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark ruby red coloured wine with a bold and dry taste. With hints of blackberry, dark cherry and oak this wine will go well with beef or lamb.
