Pale yellow with youthful green edges.

Nicely lifted aromas of fresh quince and green apple, with loquat blossom notes.

Juicy and inviting, it delivers ample flavours of pear, custard apple and grapefruit. A lively mouthfeel backed by crisp acidity and medium body. It pairs well with crackling pork belly, or bruschetta.
