• A generous fruit driven palate with plush ripe fruit flavours combined with subtle spice. Restrained oak maturation provides the wine with excellent structure and ripe chewy tannins.

Fishbone Blue Shiraz 2021

• The wine has deep plum purple colour, fruity aroma, and soft tannins supporting dark berry flavours.

• Intense blackberry and spice with subtle peppery notes on the nose.

• Dry, spiced dark fruits, balanced acidity with healthy tannin support. Good length with a slight vanilla finish.
