COLOUR

Pale gold.

AROMA

Fresh citrus blossom with lemon zest and lychee.

PALATE

A wine of purity made in a limited quantity. Intense tropical fruit flavours with a fine

mineral structure, finishing crisp and moreish. It partners well with spicy Asian food or

delicate seafood dishes.
