Kalnapilis Pilsner is a classic light beer made according to old, traditional Pilsner recipes. The beer is light golden in color with a low but persistent foam cap. The flavor is refreshing, with sweet malt and yeast notes. Towards the finale, citrus acidity and slight bitterness appear. Herbal nuances remain in the aftertaste. The aroma of the beer is clean, clear, with classic grassy notes of hops, nuances of lemon zest and bread. ``Kalnapilis Pilsner`` has a smooth, rather delicate taste, so it is easy to drink and goes well with both light snacks and hot dishes.
