South Australia in 1849. Six years later he built the Von

Riebens Hotel on our property, which was a tourist haven for

many. Every comfort and accommodation was more than one

bird life.

These sites are a shared link to our history and sit serenely

adjacent the vineyards which continue to thrive, producing

Winery Tasting Notes

Tasting Note

Light yellow with green highlights. Lemon and lime aromas

with tropical notes. The wine is light bodied and has lifted

citrus and pineapple flavours. The fruitful palate and fine acid

line provides a long finish. It pairs well with garlic prawn

spaghetti with lemon zest and fresh tomato, or roast

vegetable stack with balsamic glaze. Vegan friendly.
